The Quality Control Unit
- The quality control unit includes the following departments
- Die and Panel Gauge Quality Control Department (P/G)
- Department of quality control of production of pieces and sets
In this unit, a 3D control (CMM) including the control of all dies, panel gauges, panels, foam models of the company’s products and all miscellaneous devices and tools are accomplished based on the CAD DATA, prepared by the engineering unit and its compliance with the points obtained from the measured surfaces.
The List of machines and equipment:
This single-arm measuring device is made in Germany (Stifel Mayer) and its table dimensions are 2 x 4 meters and its accuracy is up to 0.02 mm.
This 2-arm measuring device is made in Germany (Zett Mess) and its table dimensions are 3 x 7 meters, its software is Future X & Zett 3d, and its accuracy is up to 0.02 mm.
The working procedure in the above 2 systems is that the points are extracted from the existing part by the sensor installed at the end of the control arm and then they are conformed to the corresponding CAD DATA. Finally, the obtained difference is calculated.
