Production Unit
The production unit is one of the most principal units in Iran Khodro Industrial Dies Company. This unit has the capacity to produce 30 million press parts (in sizes G1, G2 and G3) and 10 million car assembly sets per year.
The production unit can be divided into the following subsets. In the following section, we will discuss these units.

Sheet Cutting and Blanking Unit
This unit has 2 automatic de-coiler lines with PLC system, which can de-coil all types of oil (black) and coated sheet coils for the production of internal parts and car top, etc., whether directly or angled. Currently, this unit has a capacity of 300 tons per day, which has the possibility of increasing the capacity to 500 tons per day.
